Compact, ball-shaped plants are loaded with beautiful eye-catching indigo blue flowers in the spring. They are very easy to grow and re-seed themselves quite freely. Mature garden height averages 15 cm (6″). Biennial hardy to Zone 3.
How to Grow
These little beauties are probably the easiest plant to grow from seed. We suggest simple scattering the seed on the surface of the soil any time from June through to the end of August – rain will work the seed into the proper depth. Plants will sprout then overwinter before flowering in the following spring then going to seed and dying.
