What you need to know to Plant & Grow

For a successful crop, plant sweet corn only when the soil has warmed to 18°C.

Alternatively, corn can be planted with 3 to 4 seeds per hill, with hills spaced 30 cm apart. Germination occurs in approximately 10 days.
