  • Growing: Prefer deep, loose, stone-free soil in full sun.

  • Sowing: Direct sow in early spring as soon as soil can be worked. Sow thinly in rows 20–30 cm apart.

  • Care: Thin seedlings to 5 cm apart early on to allow roots to develop straight and uniform. Keep soil moist for germination.

  • Harvesting: Pull when they reach the desired size. Regular harvests ensure tender, sweet roots.
