What you need to know to Plant & Grow

For a successful crop, plant sweet corn only when the soil has warmed to 18°C.

Planting: To ensure proper pollination, plant at least 3 to 4 rows. When planting in rows, space seeds 10-15 cm apart, later thinning to 20-30 cm apart. Rows should be spaced 55-75 cm apart. Alternatively, corn can be planted with 3 to 4 seeds per hill, with hills spaced 30 cm apart. Germination occurs in approximately 10 days.

Care: Work a good general vegetable fertilizer into the soil at planting, keep weeds under control, and ensure the soil is evenly watered throughout the season.

The superb tip fill and moderate disease resistance add to its reliability, while its ability to freeze well allows you to enjoy the taste of summer long into the colder months.
