Light Carrot – 11.4 cm (4.5″) spacing – light lettuce, turnip, rutabaga, light cabbage, mustard, kale and other fine seeds 3.8 mm (0.150″)
Broccoli – 2.5 cm (1″) spacing – mustard, cabbage, cauliflower, turnip, rutabaga and other fine seeds 2.5 mm ( 0.10″)
Cucumber – 22.9 cm (9″) spacing – some pumpkins, gourds, squash and other flat seeds 8 mm (0.312″)
Popcorn – 22.9 cm (9″) spacing – will plant medium seeds of a size less than 6.3 mm (0.25″)
Lima Bean – 30 cm (12″) spacing – peanuts and other large seeds 15.9 mm (0.625″)
Radish – 7.6 cm (3″) spacing – leek, asparagus, spinach and other fine seeds 4.4 mm (0.125″)
Beans – 9.1 cm (3.6″) spacing – some small peas 11.4 mm (0.450″)
Peas – 7.6 cm (3″) spacing – some jumbo and early June Peas 14.3 mm (0.562″)
