What you need to know to Plant & Grow

For a successful crop, sow seeds only when the soil has warmed to at least 18°C.

Planting: To ensure proper pollination, plant in a block rather than a single row. Sow seeds 10-15 cm apart, later thinning to 20-30 cm apart, with rows spaced 55-75 cm apart. Corn can also be planted with 3 to 4 seeds per hill, in hills spaced 30 cm apart. Germination occurs in approximately 10 days.

Care: Work a good general vegetable fertilizer into the soil at planting, keep weeds under control, and ensure the soil is evenly watered throughout the season.
