What you need to know to Plant & Grow
Pak Choi is a quick-maturing variety that is best direct sown in a sunny site with moist, rich soil.
Planting: Sow seeds 6-13 mm deep and 2.5 cm apart in rows with the rows 45 cm apart. For successive crops, sow seeds every two weeks from mid-April to early July. Germination occurs in 10-14 days.
Care: Once seedlings are established, thin to the desired spacing. For baby greens, thin to 10 cm apart. For full-sized plants, thin to 30-45 cm apart.
