Description

Pak Choi Cabbage Seeds 1345. Open Pollinated.

Approx. 475 seeds/pkt (300 seeds/gram)

A rapidly maturing variety with heavy, uniform, celery-like stalks that are very tender and crisp. An excellent variety for use in salads and stir-fries.

How to Grow

Best planted directly outside in mid-spring. Pak choi does best in a sunny site with moist, rich soil. Sow seed 6-13 mm (1/4-1/2″) deep and 2.5 cm (1″) apart in the row with the rows 45 cm (18″) apart. For baby greens, thin to 10 cm (4″) apart. For full sized plants thin to 30-45 cm (12-18″) apart. For successive crops, sow seed every two weeks from mid-April to early July.
